About this policy
Zen Disk is developed by ZR Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how the Zen Disk Android application handles information.

Information processed by the app
Zen Disk may process and store the following information on the user's device:
- the storage location selected by the user and its access permission;
- storage benchmark results and related history; and
- records needed to manage temporary benchmark files.
Zen Disk does not intentionally access or modify the user's existing files.
How information is used
The app uses this information only to perform storage benchmarks, display benchmark history, remember the selected storage location, and manage temporary benchmark files. It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics.
Storage and data retention
Benchmark history, settings, and related records are stored locally on the user's Android device. Zen Disk does not operate a server for this information and does not send it to ZR Tech or other third parties.
Local information is retained until the user deletes it, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app. Depending on the user's Android and Google Account settings, Android may back up or transfer app data. These services are managed by Android or Google and are not accessible to ZR Tech.
Data sharing
Zen Disk does not sell, share, or disclose information processed by the app. The app does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or social-media SDKs.
Data deletion
Users can delete benchmark history within the app. They can remove all locally stored data by clearing Zen Disk's app storage through Android Settings or by uninstalling the app. Because Zen Disk has no online account and does not send this data to ZR Tech, there is no server-side account or copy for ZR Tech to delete.
Information sent when contacting us
If a user contacts ZR Tech by email, ZR Tech may receive the user's email address and message content. This information is used only to respond and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, unless a longer period is required by law.
Children's privacy
Zen Disk is not directed at children under 13. ZR Tech does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app.
Changes to this policy
ZR Tech may update this Privacy Policy when the app's data practices change. The updated policy will be published with a new “Last updated” date.
